In 1996 Jawa Power commissioned Marston to prepare quarterly and annual reports on the status of Jawa Power’s coal supply arrangements under the long-term CSAs.  The primary purpose of the work is to review progress and verify the achievement of Milestones listed in the CSAs related to mine development and production, coal haulage, terminal and port facilities, coal stocks, and barging.

In 2000 Jawa Power requested Marston to monitor, quarterly, the coal stocks at the Kideco and Berau barge loading facilities subject to the terms of the Interim Supplier’s Coal Stock Agreements (ICSA).   This project is ongoing.
