Mr. Wynand Marais, Pr. Cert. Eng., Mindset's principal, is Marston's primary contact in South Africa.  Wynand has more than 38 years of experience in mining in South Africa including working at Anglo Coal and New Denmark Collieries in executive, managerial and operations roles. He is an expert in all mining methods, mining technology, labor utilization and productivity, and has participated in several mine health and safety audits and due diligence audits.
